ሎሚ መዓልቲ ደራፍ ለይትና ብኽብሪ ነፋንዎ ኣለና። ደራፊ ገጣሚ ፈላስፋ ቀባኢ ቀራጺ ክኢላ ስነ ምሕደራ ብሓጺሩ ከም ምሁራት ዘመነ ተሃድሶ በዓል ብዙሕ ሞያን ሰፊሕ ባህልን በየነ ሃይለ።
ደራፍ ለይቲ ዝብል ኣምር ካብታ ውርይቲ መጽሓፉ "ድክዋን ትበርህ" ዝተወስደ እዩ። መሰረት ሓሳብ ደራፍ ለይቲ ኣብ ዕዮ ደንማርካዊ ጸሓፊ ሃንስ ክርስትያን አንደርሰን እትርከብ "The Nightingale" ዘርእስታ ጽውጽዋይ እያ። My uncle Beyene belongs to the heavens nowBy Huriy Ghirmai
My uncle Beyene Haile belongs to the heavens now and his spirit walks among those of his dear mother, father and brother – uncles and aunts and cousins too. As I think of the absolute finality of death and realise that I can no longer speak to him, I rue the missed opportunities – the conversations I could have had with him but never did.
